Scrum Master course for knowledge workers

Scrum is known as the most widely used and most accessible Agile framework. An excellent start in the Agile world! After completing this basic course you will be familiar with the backgrounds, concepts, roles and events. The didactic concept of the course consists of learning by doing, and this training deviates from the more theoretical approach that other Scrum training courses offer.

 

 

The Scrum Master training for Knowledge Workers is a two-day training

With the completed training in your possession, it is possible to participate in the online exam Professional Scrum Master 1 of scrum.org. This is an exam that you take independently.

 

Subjects day 1

  • Intro backgrounds Scrum and Agile Manifesto
  • Empiricism
  • Different roles
  • Go through the scrum process yourself on the basis of an example project:
    • Create product backlog
    • Sprint planning including poker
    • Make scrum board
    • Review
    • Retrospective

Subjects day 2

  • Recap day 1
  • Handle questions related to day 1 / parking list day 1
  • Leadership
  • Cross-functional and self-organizing teams
  • Team dynamics
  • Coaching and facilitating
  • Quiz
  • Optional: Information about online PSM 1 exam

 

This training is only offered in-company and can be carried out either on location or online remotely.
